On the Device Settings screen you can change the settings for a specific Care Go device.

1. Tap  on the home screen.
2. Tap My Devices.
3. Select the Care Go device you want to change the settings on.
4. Tap Device Settings.

Sound Feedback

Toggle on Sound Feedback to have Care Go make a confirmation sound when using it, eg. activating and de-activating Follow Me and SOS.

 

Alarm Sound

Toggle on Alarm Sound to have Care Go sound when SOS is activated. If Alarm Sound is disabled, Care Go will notify all of your protectors silently.

 

Delay Alarm

Selecting a delay of up to 30 seconds, will allow you to de-activate SOS before your protectors are notified, if you activate it by mistake.

 

Stay Here

Toggle on Stay Here to get notified if you leave behind your Care Go by mistake.

Device Information

This shows you the current battery of the Care Go device, the unique Device ID and current firmware version of the device.
