Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer a 14 days return policy if you for some reason regret.
To make sure your return and refund goes as smoothly as possible, we have a few things you need to make sure of.
- Make sure no more than 14 days have gone since you received the product.
- You may have tried out the products, but it must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. This includes the packaging.
- Products that have been altered, drawn on, scratched or otherwise damaged cannot be refunded.
Contact Us Prior to Return
Before returning your product, please contact our customer support team to allow them to prepare the return and provide you with the applicable return address. Also, make sure that no more than 14 days have gone since you received the product.
Pack and Ship the Product
Once our customer service team has provided you with the applicable return address, we kindly ask you to pack the product responsibly. Make sure the product will not be damaged during transport, as the responsibility of it is yours until our warehouse received it.
Returned Product Review & Refund
When we receive your returned product, we will review it to make sure it is substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. If not, one of our customer service agents will get in contact with you. If the returned product is good, we refund the paid amount to the credit card or payment method you originally used when placing the order.
