Add a New Care Go

  1. Tap  on the home screen.
  2. Tap My Devices.
  3. Tap + Add Device.
  4. Pull out the battery insulation strip from your new Care Go.
  5. Place your Care Go next to your phone and start pairing mode by either pulling, twisting or pressing the button on the bottom of Care Go. Care Go will start to flash red, green and blue when in pairing mode.
  6. Tap Connect.
  7. Tap your Care Go in the list of available devices.
  8. Take a new photo or select one from you phone of person who will use the new Care Go or the item you will attached it to. 
  9. Name the Care Go with an easy to recognise name, eg. the name of the person who will use it or the item you will attach it to.
  10. Tap Save.
